The holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of a residential building and offers accommodation for up to four guests. It features two separate bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and suitable for two persons.

The living area is equipped with a television and an internet connection for streaming and media services. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet and a practical kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with two cooking plates, a refrigerator, an electric kettle and the necessary utensils for everyday use.

One of the bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning and also has access to a balcony. From the living area, guests can access the terrace with seating facilities. All windows are fitted with external shutters. The terrace and balcony doors are equipped with high-quality mosquito screens, ensuring a comfortable stay during the summer months even with the doors open.

Wi-Fi is available both inside the apartment and throughout the outdoor area.

Outside, guests will find a spacious dining and seating area, ideal for shared meals or relaxing hours outdoors. Sun loungers, a barbecue and fire pit as well as bicycle storage facilities are also available. Children can enjoy the lawn area, which offers plenty of space for playing.

The current leisure and seating area was originally designed as a swimming pool area. However, the pool itself is no longer in operation and therefore cannot be used.

Parking spaces are available in front of the house. Unfortunately, driving onto and parking within the property itself is not possible.

For security reasons, the property is monitored by cameras. During guests' stays, the cameras in the private outdoor areas are deactivated to ensure privacy. Cameras covering the parking area remain active for security purposes.

An important note for animal lovers: Five cats have lived permanently on the property for many years. They have their own designated area and a separate entrance to the building and are cared for daily by a staff member. As the welfare of the cats is our highest priority, dogs are unfortunately not allowed. We kindly ask all guests to respect the animals.

The holiday apartment is ideal for families with children, couples or small groups looking for a quiet accommodation with plenty of indoor and outdoor space.
